I make muffins at the cafe I work at, and this morning I made a batch of pumpkin muffins, but I forgot to put in the sugar! ACK! So I'm trying to come up with a way to use them so I don't have to waste them. Someone suggested bread pudding, but I would need to make something that could either be made as individual portions or that cut up easily and can be wrapped. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thu, November 22, 2007 - 3:57 PMdry them and crumb them,
mix them with honey brought to softball stage,
and press it into a greased sheet pan.
cut into 2/3 individual portions
pipe pumpkin spiced buttercream onto each one.
freeze for forty five minutes.
dip them in dark chocolate and sprinkle casting sugar on top.
