classes

im new to baking and would like to take some classes and pursue a baking gig. the SF baking institute seems very pricey. I hear cheeseboard will train you on the job. anyone know? any other classes or schools you would recommend? thank you very mush in advance. kinda spinning and need a little direction.

    SF City College has really good classes, and I think they even have a culinary program!
