hi! I am a big fan of sprouts and of a great brand of whole grain sprouted bread that I can get in the local store, Alvarado Street Bread. But I'd love to make my own flour-less bread. Does anyone here have any experience making bread from sprouted grains instead of with flour? And by bread I mean the light lovely kind, not the doorstop version I have unfortunately made in the past...
